20/28 swap with Unique

On another thread someone did some testing and found Alliant 20/28 to be almost identical to Unique in terms of velocity.
Anybody have any experience with this powder?

Unique and the 45-70

I will be loading some 300 gr cast boolits over Unique. Low velocity, in the 1000 fps range. The load will be 10 gr of Unique and the 300 gr. I'll also load some 405 gr cast using unique. Do I need to put a filler over the powder?
