You have a fine rifle. I had one in .223 and wish I had it back. The 5.45x39 is a great cartridge. Russian surplus is available here but the price recently went way up. Most of the ammo available is military and corrosive. I used a black powder cleaner first then cleaned normally. No rust problems that way.
There are some commercial loads that are non corrosive. The package will be marked or call the maker to find out.
Any of the 5.45x39 magazines will work.
I cant help with prices over there. Prices here have gone way up due to attempts by the government to ban this type of rifle.
