425X460 Weatherby

If you want readily available brass, neck up one of the ultra-mag cases or the 338 Lapua. It really depends on how fast you want to go, but unless you are POSITIVE you have a reliable supply of .425" bullets, I wouldn't go with such an odd-ball diameter.

For a mild option, start with a 375 Ruger case. If you want the potential to dislocate something with every shot, start with the 378 Weatherby case. Just be advised that you'll be putting a lot of money into building a rifle for which there are essentially no factory bullets made. The closest looks to be .423" pills made for the 404 Jeffery.
