Rockethub is selling 80% AR's 1911's fal's MK-19's and jigs to complete them

Teeroux, rockethub is not selling these things.

This is a website similar to kickstarter where a person has an idea and asks the people of the world for funding to start the idea. They offer rewards for the funding. These 80% receivers and jigs are those rewards.

They are coming from the person making them. As far as I know nobody has ever vouched for quality or customer service.

It seems that since the OP only has one post, they're probably the ones trying to get this business started or else somebody related to that person. The fact that they're being duplicitous or shallow about it is enough to make me not want to invest my money into it, but the quality could be amazing for all I know.

I'm also not sure what you would have to do with a Mk-19 jig? Make it under a certain bore?

Cheaper 1911's

I will throw my two pennies in... Colts are good, probably can't go wrong with one, I have a Combat Commander that I like, awesome pistol, runs good, and it's a Colt. Have several SIGs, they cost a little less than the Colt, but they also run good, and generally are a little less of a strain on your budget.

The SIGS do have a lot of features such as a checkered front strap, match barrel and bushing, match hammer and sear, and night sights. These things can run up the tab on other brands. So, (IMHO) the SIG is the best bang for the buck.
Have a RIA also, the pistol is OK, but the magazine that came with it was junk.

So,
Colt 900-1100
SIG 750-1000
RIA 400-500

Don't have any experience with the others. If you take your time and decide what you want, you can usually shop around and find a good deal on it. It just takes some time and effort to find the deal you need.
