Hello, I was wondering what the general concensus was on the best design for speed shooting, I was thinking between lyman 452460 and rcbs 45-201-kt any thoughts? which do you think would be the most reliable?
IIRC, the RCBS has a longer nose and should be more reliable in feeding. The RCBS is close to the H&G 068/069 bullet. The 460 has more contact area in the rifling.
Both bullets are widely used in NRA Bullseye pistol.
Depends on which one your gun likes better. My Kimber has never failed to feed the 452460, consequently I have never gotten another ~200 grain SWC mold for the .45 ACP.You may not post new threadsYou may not post repliesYou may not post attachmentsYou may not edit your postsForum RulesRobert
