Yes, check gunbroker for guns that have bids that are close to your model and condition. Watch for a period of 4 weeks, then add and divide the totals and that will give you a good base line.

I do the same with vehicles and other items on E-Bay to determine my starting price or reserve price so it does not go too cheaply.

Being the original owner and having the paperwork on anything generally greatly increases it's value, along with good pictures.
