Today, 01:29 AM I don't pay much attention to what any actor or actress says, when it comes to politics, and I don't judge a performer's character by the performances they give. That isn't real life, folks. I'm sure Charlton Heston played more than one "evil" bad-guy character during his acting career, just like he played Moses. He was neither, but later in life, he became a very well-educated voice for gun safety and 2nd Amendment rights. At that point, his opinion on the topic became relevant.
I don't know if Ms. Sackoff's views are worth deliberating over, one way or the other, but I will support just about anyone who is knowledgeable and vocal about gun safety. Movies and TV shows aren't real or important, but gun safety surely is.
