Carnuba red for pan lubing?

Cast Boolits - Dedicated To The World Of Cast Bullets!

Can this lube be used for pan lubing? I offered a stick of this to a member to try it out but he is only pan lubing at this point. I use a Lyman 4500, so I've never pan lubed.

Thanks!!

if he has any issues have him add a tbs of Vaseline this will soften the carnuba red and make it more malleable.
it's all an educated guess,,,, till the trigger is pulled.

the more i find out about shootin boolits, the more it contradicts everything i ever learned about shooting jaxketed.

I tried it and it flat sucked for pan lubing! But that is what made me buy a 450, so it all worked out
Just got a PM from him and he told me just picked a Lyman 4500. So I guess it's a mood point. He will have some lube to use in his lubrisizer. Wish I had started with good lube like CR, I spent a lot of coin on commercial made lube that wasn't as good.
