Any bee keepers around there? They usually sell wax right along with their honey.

randy's stuff is great ! along with good prices and great service .... but you'll have to get paraffin where you find , wally world often has it in the canning section ditto some hardware stores etc , iirc hobby lobby ( or other well stocked hobby/candle shop ) even has some slabs of paraffin but their beeswax is outrageous ( sometimes they do have some wax dye as well ) as for other places online ... take your pick there's alot of various wax suppliers etc ( type the kind of wax you want in google and either hit search or shopping ) carnuba red is a propriety formulation and at the price he sells it you'd be hard pressed to make it for less
