LBT and VooDoo are proprietary formulas. They are currently sold by individuals and are not open source recipes.
"J" lube is mine and is a polyglycol lube that is stupid expensive.
you have to order it by the case and you take it how it comes.
there really is no easy modification of the made product. [there is a way to do it but...]
the others are either sticky's here in the lube section or in the sticky section.
it's all an educated guess,,,, till the trigger is pulled.the more i find out about shootin boolits, the more it contradicts everything i ever learned about shooting jaxketed.

LBT is sold by, well, LBT. Same place that makes mouldsVoodoo is available at voodoo-lube.com
A quick google search will get you to either site.
grampa it's used in oil field service as a valve lubricant.
piper products in texas carries it, they don't make it, just carry it..
there is a link in the quest thread but wouldn't hazard a guess as to where.
there is a whole bunch of avantgarde recipes all throughout the quest thread.
airc I have the OD series of lubes in there and the E- series of lubes.
my moly complex lube recipe is in there too.
as well as, [man I don't know how many] by gearknasher and eutectic plus stuff btroj has done.
plus some stuff we haven't been able to explore due to time or cost or availability.
it's all an educated guess,,,, till the trigger is pulled.the more i find out about shootin boolits, the more it contradicts everything i ever learned about shooting jaxketed.
I have a fraction of what Run and Gear have yet I must have close to 15 different lubes right now that I have made.
Gampa, do ourself a favor and stay away fom the "Extreme" thread. It will only lead you down a dark path to a place where you learn to make grease, spend time buying things you had never heard of, and speak in a made up language because common words can't describe what you are seeing.I am in too deep to be saved.
LOL i started this thread partly because of all the "code named" lube recipes in the "Extreme" thread![]()
R5R - i copied the O.D. lube recipe and plan that as my next cooking fun.
I didn't see a recipe for the J-lube but i do see talk about it.

there's two OD lubes, green and brown.
there is somewhere a lube called asscracksweat lube.
that's what it smells like when fired, it works similar to mml, as does the OD lubes.
you don't even have to lube the cases with those supersoft lubes.
they come out of the gun pre lubed for sizing, but it works great in sub zero weather.

just to be fair .... 50/50 is also commonly referred to a mix of 50 % beeswax and 50 % alox
( with my brutal summers i rarely use 50 % , more like 60-70 % wax )

For MML ask 357Maximum here, he developed it. He may have even posted the recipe in a thread in this subsection asking about cold weather lubes.
ok who and where can they be bought? for those that might want to try it?LBT from http://lbtmoulds.com/You may not post new threadsYou may not post repliesYou may not post attachmentsYou may not edit your postsForum Rules
