Optic, 25-200yds, M1A

Right now I have an EOtech 512 on my rifles scout rail, I would like to keep it there. I need an optic that is extremely flexible, no more than 4 power, long eye relief, some type of ballistic compensation for M80 ball would be great.

Anyone know of anything that fits the bill?
