The CZ has a fine reputation. It is substantially less expensive.
Much of what either rifle will do is dependent on the shooter. I favor Anschutz myself, though I do not own the model in question.

There is a picture of a very tight group in that thread shot with an Anschutz 64.....before anyone starts comparing that group to other tight groups, realize that that group was shot with iron sights, not a scope. Says a lot about the rifle. Says even more about the shooter.
There are a lot of good reasons why virtually all Olympic small bore shooter choose Anschutz.
But.....you can buy two CZs for about the same $.
