I just received a call from Lyman. I had called them earlier in the week with a question, but due to the long wait I hung up. They were following up on calls missed, and I got to confirm that the Lyman pistol die set does indeed come with the "M" die, and I would not have to purchase it seperately.

I am impressed and actually dumbfounded that a company will go to that length for customer service. I will be buying die sets from them and I will consider there product when making purchases. I do have some of their reloading products, which all do the job they were designed for and pleased with the results.

Thought it was time to pass on some good news for us reloaders.

That's a very, very good example of doing what's right. I get the "your call is very important to us" recording several times a week (calling from work to price parts that aren't already in our system); I always have to append "but not important enough to hire the people to answer promptly" when I hear it. My company orders tens of thousands of dollars in parts from some of these companies every month -- but they seem to go out of their way to make it difficult for us. When a company actually expends effort to call back customers who, at most, will spend a few hundred dollars a year, you know they not only want to do it right, but found one way to actually accomplish the goal.

Good for Lyman!
