best lube for a 357/38?

hey i know theres a million different lubes out there and different recipes. im looking for a couple different ones to try for my 357. any help would be great and im thinking i wanna use store bought ones to start with if possible

+1 on that runfiverun! You just cannot beat Glen's lube for the the price, and the service form himself and Leah is just unreal. I would recommend the Carnauba Red as being a great all rounder.

if he was about 300 miles closer I would just give him some and teach him how to make his own.

is the carnuaba red a pan lube or do you need a lubeasizer?

I've found that you can use just about ANY lube for .38 Special and it'll do fine. The ones that have failed on me have been lube concoctions of my own making back in the early days when I (mistakenly) thought that lubes needed a minimum of ten to twenty different ingredients in them to work.

It's been years since I've run anything .358 through my lubesizers. I lube everything in that caliber with 45/45/10 and be done with it. And I load my .38 Special 158SWCs to +P velocities and my .357 Magnums to the upper ranges as well. No leading, superb accuracy, clean bores.
