I like the cost and effectiveness that's been stated about Lee pushthrough dies. But I had caught references to the dies undersizing, ie: .356 coming out at .354. Is that user error, or done because of actual barrel sizes?

I slugged my barrel on a 9mm at .354, should I then get the .356 die or go a bit larger to keep it from gas cutting, so .357 = .355 IRL?
